Hi everyone,

I’m in the process of setting up EtherFax for our small office, and we have multiple users who will need to send and receive faxes through the same account. I’m trying to figure out the best way to manage user permissions and ensure that incoming faxes are properly routed to the correct people without creating a bottleneck.

Has anyone here implemented multi-user access in EtherFax? How do you organize users and routing rules to make sure the workflow stays smooth? Any tips or recommended settings would be greatly appreciated, especially if there are common pitfalls to avoid.
